Dr Wolfgang J. Fellner

Dr Fellner works with breathing habits. Breathing habits are a silent and tremendously powerful companion. They are shaped by everything a person experiences and does. The possibility of consciously influencing breathing creates access to the physical, emotional and mental processes associated with breathing habits. Thus, performance and stress resistance can be greatly improved by working on breathing habits. Symptoms and health problems associated with breathing habits can be eliminated (from fatigue to poor concentration to pain). Balance and presence can be promoted.
