How interval hypoxia/hyperoxia training (ihht) rejuvenates their mitochondria-and why this immediately lifts their vitality noticeably

Mitochondria - why you decide on performance and aging

Our “power plants” generate up to 90 % of cellular energy (ATP). However, the number of damaged mitochondria increases with increasing age. The result: less ATP, more oxidative stress, decreasing regeneration ability - a central driver of fatigue, chronic illnesses and accelerated aging.
