How does it work?
During the 30-minute treatment, 30,000 contractions occur. The muscle tissue is forced to adapt to this extreme condition and reacts with a profound change in its internal structure, which leads to muscle growth, improvement of the fascial structure and fat burning. The effects on the fascial tissue in particular bring about pain relief. The simultaneous muscle building has a preventative effect against pain. For patients - including those for whom exercise is not possible or only possible to a limited extent for health or other reasons - targeted muscle building is thus possible.
